1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing the BornSEO website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our software.
2. Permitted Use & Crawling Policies
You agree to use BornSEO solely for legitimate search engine optimization, website intelligence, and technical diagnostics. You must not submit private intranet addresses, attempt Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF), initiate denial-of-service scans, or bypass access restrictions.
3. Proprietary Rights & Client Reports
All algorithms, scoring calculations, interface designs, branding, and server software are the exclusive intellectual property of BornSEO. You may download and distribute generated client PDF reports, but reverse engineering or unauthorized duplication of the underlying platform engine is strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimers
BornSEO provides automated diagnostic estimations based on public HTML and HTTP signals. While our algorithms reflect industry standards, organic search engine rankings depend on hundreds of dynamic factors outside our control. Results are provided without warranty of search rank position.
